When you purchase your new home with a Realtor in our program, you will receive 20% of the commission amount credited back to you at the close of escrow. When you sell ANY PROPERTY you will receive 25% of the commission amount credited back to you at the close of escrow. The amount of the credit varies based on the purchase price and the commission percentage determined by the seller. When your mortgage closes, our partner will refund up to $500 in loan fees and give you 10%-40% in savings with Affinity Partners 30 days from close of escrow!
